Hope House 10th Anniversary

Hope House early days

A look back at one of the first signs posted on the outside wall of Hope House.

This week Hope House turns 10! A decade of ministry...

What a milestone in any ministry and what an adventure it has been! Over the years we have helped 100's of boys and positively impacted many more lives. We are so thankful to everyone who has partnered with us to make this boys' home a reality. Those who work daily with the boys, those who pray, those who support financially, Hope House would not exist without you. We want to say "Thank You" to everyone who has helped to make this dream a reality!

To everyone who supports us and encourages us, we are eternally grateful. To the staff who do the day-to-day to help change lives, thank you for rolling up your sleeves and being Mom & Dad to these guys. To the outreach teams who encourage the boys and staff and play a significant role in sustaining operations and completing ongoing maintenance projects, Hope House could not survive without you. To the many churches and civic organizations whose regular financial support helps pay the staff and keep the doors open, Thank You. And for your grants that help to repair and update facilities and which help us significantly reduce overhead and become more self sustainable, Thank You. To the countless missionaries, both short and long term, who have freely given their time to invest in the lives of the boys who call Hope House home, Thank You. To our many volunteers, who invest time in our boys, Thank You.

Hope House boys

A photo taken of one of the first groups of boys during Hope House's early months. Hope House opened its doors to receive the first group of young men on the 20th of June 2008.

Each of you together have played a significant role in helping Shepherd's Heart and Hope House accomplish this milestone - a decade of ministry. Because of you hundreds of boys (and staff) over the last decade have had the opportunity to know Christ as their Savior and their lives have been forever changed.

Most of all, to God who has met every need and answered every prayer, we are forever grateful for Your faithfulness and the opportunity to be a part of what You are doing in the lives of these boys.

Celebrate with us as Hope House turns 10!
